connecting Black LGBTQ+ & allied job seekers w/ inclusive remote work

As a self-proclaimed Black queer equity enthusiast and radical communicator, I'm deeply passionate about providing access to opportunities for the Black and Brown LGBTQIA+ community. 


Black LGBTQIA+ job seekers face higher levels of discrimination, have fewer advancement opportunities, and receive less protection. 

I manage Black Remote She, a remote job platform and bi-weekly newsletter to empower our community to align with inclusive remote work opportunities.

Black Remote She was born to rebel against the inequities often faced in our community.

Our job board is regularly updated with new opportunities from employers maintaining inclusivity and equity in their hiring process and work environments.
