I got tired of Claude sounding like a robot, so instead of fixing every reply by hand I taught it once. You do that with a Skill; a tiny file Claude only reads when it's relevant.

It's called Sound Human, Not AI. It strips out the chatbot voice. No "I'd be happy to", no buzzwords, no stiff corporate filler. Just writing that sounds like a real person wrote it.
⚙️ To set it up: in Claude, open Settings then Skills, hit the +, pick Create skill, upload a ZIP with a folder that has SKILL.md inside, and toggle it on.
