I really enjoy your podcasts. I've told a few of my friends with adult children, about this podcast. Today, I listened to Tina Gilbertson and everything really resonated with me. All my children are in their 30's & 40, some married and having children. I miss those younger days so very much. I watch my daughter with her two little ones, and it brings all the memories flooding back. I'm trying very hard to focus on me. I'm planning some fun activities with my husband; but these cold winter days, make it very hard.
