Information & support from conception to postpartum in Portugal
Since giving birth to my first child in Portugal in 2020, I've become passionate about informing and supporting others through pregnancy, birth and postpartum.
Feeling lost and isolated during my first pregnancy led me to writing a guide for others going through this stage of life. My husband helped me to publish this work online in April 2021, at which point I also created my Facebook group "Positive Pregnancy, Birth & Postpartum in Portugal".
This lovely community has now grown to over 2.7k users, and continues to grow every day!
Your support will help me to build this project into something more, and to reach more women and couples who are starting or expanding their family in this country.
Thank you so much 🙏🏻❤️
