Hi, I’m Coach (Lakeisha) — a volleyball coach, mentor, content creator, and founder passionate about helping young athletes grow on and off the court.
Through my podcast Between The Sett, and work with the Courage 2 Compete non-profit, I support athletes by teaching leadership, confidence, discipline, and mental toughness through sports. I also create content and resources for players, parents, and coaches through my platform Between the Sett, where we talk about all things volleyball — training, mindset, recruiting, and the real life lessons the sport teaches.
I believe sports changes lives.
They build character, open doors, and give young people the confidence to compete in life.
