À propos Beth Zabiegalski
designing Adventurous Lifestyles
Hey 👋! I’m Beth Zabiegalski, and I’m here to partner with you to discover the joy of claiming your life as your own each day, living in the moment, and allowing those purely YOU moments to snowball into a life that reflects your deepest desires, dreams, and joys.
I do this through:
1) This accessible support/membership site!

2) Lifestyle Design Coaching. As a life coach, Certified Human Potential Coach (CHPC), and Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), I guide you to activate your embodied intelligence, creativity, and awareness of the present moment to allow you to make lasting mindset shifts and to overcome mental barriers (that are mostly what stand in our way!) to build an adventurous, essentialist lifestyle.
3) Deeper Self Exploration. Utilize dreamwork, cacao ceremony, embodied cognition, and connection to natural cycles to explore and uncover pieces of the real you.
I want to work with you if you are engaged, motivated, inspired, and committed to taking action. I want you to come ready to explore possibilities, shed the old narratives that defined you, and open up new doorways for you to create lasting transformation.
If you’re ready to make real change, I’m ready to talk with you. Let’s get started.
