About Beth Ferraro
curating art exhibits & community programs - creating spaces for all
I make an impact through community-driven creative ideas, programs, art exhibits, and experiences.
My curatorial practice centers on mindfulness, equity, and a deep commitment to the community. I work as a curator and installer, a liaison between artists and collectors, and create installations and community spaces.
I weave together research, rituals, and social practices. Art in the community is what I do by initiating programs, workshops, art installations, and storytelling. With my background in photojournalism and yoga, I bring a holistic approach and understanding of how art can be a catalyst to change the world for the better and support equitable communities.
The themes I am drawn to relate to the environment, sustainability, joy, and creating a shared space to heal and connect. The places I work in become shared spaces, an invitation of exchange to everyone who enters - a place that provides rest, imagination, and understanding.
