We have a tendency to overthink our circumstances which can often cause stress, anxiety, or deeper levels of depression. As a musician, I'm connected to the flow of life with the ability to be grounded in the present (this is the source beyond the chatter of mind, the space which encompasses emotional attachments and mental states). Music is therefore a tool (as everything is energy, frequency and vibration) to raise the listener to altered states of being, to vibrate and radiate at higher frequencies, to lift you from negative associations to positive vibes. The lighter you are, your ability to love and be loved is magnified. This is simply your natural state, to be here and NOW.. This is your Gift your Presence... Reclaim it!
