"Kindness", is something that we all have in us and is something that I am truly grateful for.

 Over the years, travelling around Asia, I've been fortunate enough to experience "Kindness" in many different ways both as the carer and receiver. 

Just know that your "kindness" is appreciated and goes a long way to helping me raise awareness for positive mental health.

What this means is that there's always someone willing to help or listen and it's such a true saying.

I'm walking from Shanghai, China to Manchester, UK on a life changing journey that will focus on raising money and awareness for mental health in adults and in Children.
