I write about real life — addiction, incarceration, love, loss, healing, and what it means to stay loyal without losing yourself. I’m a former correctional officer, an advocate, and the wife of an incarcerated man fighting for recovery and redemption inside a system that makes both painfully hard.

My work is raw, honest, and grounded in lived experience — not theory, not platitudes. I write to give voice to the people who are often ignored, misunderstood, or judged from the outside.
