Recently, Japan made history — for the first time ever, a woman has become the Prime Minister.
Considering that only around 10% of Japan’s politicians are women,
this moment is nothing short of revolutionary. 💫
But here’s the thing —
I’m not celebrating just because she’s a woman.
I’m celebrating because she’s someone who truly deserves to lead Japan.
For the past several administrations, I honestly felt Japan was setting new records for “the worst leadership ever.” 😞
Each time a new prime minister took office, I hoped things would improve...
and yet, Japan seemed to move further in the wrong direction.
I’m sure I wasn’t the only one feeling that way.
👉 And no — she’s not the “far-right” politician the media tries to label her as.
She’s a centrist conservative, a realist who stands for Japan’s stability and integrity. 🇯🇵
🇨🇦 Watching from Canada — Remembering Japan’s Golden Days
I moved to Canada right after Japan’s bubble economy burst —
but I still remember the golden years of Japan’s rise so vividly. ✨
My father ran his own business back then,
and it truly felt like everything he touched turned to gold.
Japan was overflowing with energy and optimism.
People overseas used to say,
“I want to visit Japan someday... but it’s too expensive!”
That’s how powerful and prosperous Japan was.
But today, as someone who remembers those shining days,
I can’t help but feel a deep sense of sadness watching the current state of the country. 💔
🌸 Still, I Choose to Believe in Hope
And that’s exactly why this new prime minister gives me hope.
I truly wish she can lead Japan back onto the right path.
Even from far away here in Canada,
I’m praying for her success — and for Japan’s revival. 🙏🇯🇵
So please, remember this name:
✨ Ms. Sanae TAKAICHI ✨
The woman who just opened a brand new chapter in Japan’s history.
