Acerca de Beautifully Sober
These days, if you want to buy me a drink, make it coffee. ☕🤍
I’m rebuilding my life sober, one day at a time, and sharing the messy, funny, uncomfortable, beautiful reality of it along the way.
Beautifully Sober is where I talk honestly about addiction, mental health, recovery, the things nobody warns you about, and what’s actually helping me stay sober. No perfection. No pretending I have it all figured out.
Life handed me a pretty expensive lesson recently (apparently shitty friends and drinking are both terrible financial advisors 🙃), so I’m rebuilding in more ways than one.
If something I’ve shared has made you laugh, feel understood, helped you through a hard day, or made you feel a little less alone, you can support what I’m creating by buying me a coffee.
Coffee is the new “let me buy you a drink.” And honestly? I like this version of me a whole lot better. ☕✨
One day at a time.
Sharing the journey, not just the destination.
