Dear friends
I hope you had a good Christmas and are now appropriately filled with cheese and good humour. If you fancy a little yoga over the next week, here are a few options for you:
Tomorrow Saturday 28th I am covering Vinyasa Yoga for Natasha at 10am at the Peak. Come and join us for a 45 minute strong(ish) flow to mobilise hips, shoulders, wrists, and core.
If you want something a little slower, I have a lovely restorative yin practice on YouTube at the moment. Or destress with a 20 minute strength class coming on Monday.
I'm back in the studio and online at The Yoga Tree next Friday 3rd Jan 10-11.15am for a joyful morning flow class. We'll start with somatic work to tune in, then build toward a juicy facial flow with big lymphatic openings and repeating movements, closing in a nidra. Book your spot here.
And don't forget, Louise Hammell and I are running a free workshop at The Yoga Tree on Saturday 18th 1-4pm for anyone who thinks yoga isn't for their body - Louise will lead a standing practice using the wall for support, and I'll focus on yoga and guided practices for pain relief. If you or someone you know think this might be for you, please contact either myself or Louise directly.
Much love and looking forward to practicing with you soon,
Francesca x
p.s. - we are back in studio for Somatic Yoga at 6pm from Monday 6th January. You can book 7 classes for the price of 6 (the whole first block) now using this link.
