Hello Friends,
I probably won't have to tell you what has been happening in my neighboring country, Ukraine. My heart is aching and I've been watching the news closely. I'm amazed by how most people can simply (or maybe it isn't simple for them at all) go on and do the things what they've been doing before this crises. I'm trying to come to terms with this situation if this is even possible and resume my work, but it certainly isn't easy. To be able to create I need a feeling of security and a certain stillness which has been continually disrupted by current world and also local events, like the climate crises and our government's shameful actions and propaganda. I try my best to remain stoic and hope for the best for the Ukrainian and Russian people as well. I know it's very little that I can do beyond words, but I just couldn't do my routine without writing a few lines about this event that I believe effects us all deeply. I know you don't come, or expect to read about this here and we all need a place where we can feel a momentary relief from all this stuff, but I needed to do that. Hope you understand.

This drawing was inspired by the Berserk character Zondark. I also like the style of the manga very much, it's really inspiring.
