It usually takes about 3 to 5 hours to put the email together every week: researching the information, filtering through all of the BS, writing the content, ensuring all of the links work, and proofreading so that there are minimal mistakes.
I love coffee and I'm usually caffeine-fueled when writing the Buzz (and when recording the audio version).
