Hey, friends!
The Prologue for The Compass and the Ashes is live, and I want you to meet Rowan Holloway.
She's crouched in the ruins of a collapsed world, drones overhead, ash on her tongue, and a quantum compass pressed against her palm that seems to know things she doesn't. What starts as survival turns into something older and stranger: a bloodline, a warning, and a path that was laid for her long before she was born.
This prologue sets the tone for everything. The world is broken. The machines are hunting. And Rowan is about to discover that the map everyone else is following was never meant for her.
Come read it. It's atmospheric, tense, and ends right where you'll want more.
