Easy and difficult are relative to each individual; for example, a 20-kg dumbbell is very heavy for some people, and they can injure themselves only in two to four repetitions, whereas others feel comfortable with the same weight.

The difficulty of any work depends on the ability of the person doing that work.

If a student has fully prepared for the exam and even studied the previous year's question papers, then obviously the exam will be easy for him, whereas the unprepared student will find the exam difficult and out of syllabus.

Similarly, people who have a complete understanding of life, like in a game of chess, first see and understand every move of the enemy, then examine the entire chess board, and then they make their next move.

No matter what background you come from or how far behind you are in life, you can still win the game by adopting the five lessons that I am going to share with you now.

Lesson 1

Our mind can always think of only two opposite thoughts, like good and bad or positive and negative.

Whatever you pay attention to and whatever type of talk you do today, your mind makes your whole system of the same flavor.

The mind knows only addition or multiplication, and unfortunately, it does not know how to subtract or divide. That means you cannot force any thought out of your mind; rather, you can only add new thoughts.

That is why it is important to feed yourself positive affirmations or your own goals on a regular basis in order to positively transform yourself.

Whenever you think or speak about your goals, you will feel as if you have already achieved them.

Give the abundance or success you want to see outside yourself a permanent home inside you.

Take Responsibility

Everyone has goals or aspirations, but taking action on those goals and organizing your life around your goals shows how much responsibility you are taking for your life.

Personal responsibility makes life easier and simpler because a responsible person understands that he has control over his life and that no matter how many times he loses or how difficult it becomes, he can still win.

Responsibility is not a burden, but it is a way that you do not become a burden on others, and you can shape your life like clay according to your wishes.

Find Meaning in Life

Life seems incomplete and very difficult without meaning. Meaning is the light that shows you the right path in the darkness of life.

You are aware that it's okay that I am facing so many difficulties and suffering, but all this is for a great cause.

Suffering doesn't bother a person as much as the realization that he is suffering these customs without any reason, so find your reason to live.

Your life purpose is to reach your highest potential, but figure out how you will do this.

Lesson 4

Many of you are not very close to your family or even your friends, so instead of consecrating the power of every human being at one place, it has been sold here and there. As a result, such people cannot work on any big goal.

There is so much power in team effort that it can move a mountain; the bigger the goal, the more you will need the support of others, whereas you can achieve small goals alone, but the problem with small goals is that they always maintain mediocrity.

You too will enjoy life only when you chase something unrealistic and crazy. Until you stretch yourself beyond your limits, you will not feel that you are alive and that you are more powerful than you think. Get your friends or family on the same page and talk to them about goals, purposes, or meaning.

First, focus on your own and their transformations, and make a plan to grow together.

Lesson 5

You will find life very manageable and easy when you are able to realize that you are bigger than your fears; every fear is related to death, and to overcome fear would mean to overcome death.

Now we cannot stop our bodies from dying, but we can understand one thing: the intelligence that created us can never die or be born; it is eternal.

If you try to take the support of your ego straw in this regard, then your drowning is at the bottom, so never identify yourself with your body or mind; rather, look at the relaxation hidden in your identity.

The more you take your ego seriously, the more you will be trapped in things like fear, greed, attachment, pain, and anger.

Your mind and body are programmed to run from fear because death is greater than your body and mind. Find that power within you that is greater than death, and then you can say that life is not as difficult and painful as we think. Let's make him.

Stop making your life unnecessarily hard

Your life is a part of a never-ending play; enjoy it and bring as much change as you can by working on yourself and your potential.

Life is really hard for you, but it is way easier for those who are living up to their potential.
