UTI can be either due to E.coli or due to non-E. coli bacteria. If its due to E.coli, then the treatment is simple. Its treated with antibiotics. The non-E. coli bacteria causes UTI of the kidneys and the treatment is more complicated. Its treated with antibiotics and hence the proteinuria might take time to reduce. Treatment with Ayurveda is preferred as it treats the cause, which is the inflammation that causes the swelling and pain. Ayurveda treats the condition from inside and hence the treatment is faster.

Prostatitis, which is defined as an inflammation of the prostate gland, is the most common cause of dysuria, frequency (needing to pee more than eight times in a 24-hour period), pain during urination and blood in the urine. The symptoms of prostatitis usually begin with a mild to moderate pain in the lower back, perineum, prostate or urethra, which can often be described as a dull ache or pressure. The pain may develop into a deep, persistent ache that is often felt in the groin during the advancement of the infection.
