I am a psychotherapist, supervisor, trainer, consultant and writer. I write on Substack when I am moved to write, and feel like I have something useful to say. My aim is to support others who want to speak out, but may not feel confident to do so. This writing is unpaid work so every contribution, no matter how small is much appreciated. Everyone is welcome to read my work, even if they cannot make a donation. (If you do make a donation through this BuyMeACoffee site, please say which article you are reacting to. BuyMeACoffee is a separate site to Substack, so it’s not obvious.) Thank you so much 🙏🪷
