I'm a former bakery owner, entrepreneur, writer, and content creator documenting what happens after you build a successful business, burn out, close it, and decide to start over.

For eight years, I built Blondery, a nationally recognized dessert brand known for its blondies, luxury gifting programs, and partnerships with companies like Bloomingdale's, Chase, Google, Spotify, and Nike. Before that, I studied pastry, interned in France, and worked at Bouchon Bakery in Yountville, California.

Today, I'm traveling throughout Mexico and beyond while figuring out what comes next. Along the way, I share candid stories, cultural observations, business lessons, and honest conversations about entrepreneurship, burnout, reinvention, creativity, and building a life that feels aligned.
