Hey there, I’m Author Known—former Marine, master craftsman, full-time traveler, and part-time philosopher of all things dumb and impossible.
After 25 years crafting custom-built cabinetry, I traded sawdust for the open road, driving across the country with my adventure partner and my advanced age, small dog. These days, I’m pouring my creativity into writing, storytelling, and helping aspiring woodworkers build something real—both with their hands and their minds.
I’m currently working on a book project called DUMB and the Impossible Journey to Achieve It, a book that blends absurd humor with real-life wisdom, pushing the boundaries of how we see failure, success, and the beautifully dumb decisions in between. I’m also developing Author Known Projects—a scavenger hunt adventure that turns reading and real-world exploration into a game.
