Schön, dass du hier bist. In meinem Blog und meiner Kunst geht es mir um mehr als nur um Bilder. Es geht um die ehrliche Auseinandersetzung mit sich selbst und letztendlich mit dem kreativen Prozess, den inneren Stimmen und dem Mut, dem eigenen Weg zu folgen. Es geht um die Regulation des Nervensystems und die innere Balance, die auch mithilfe der Malerei geschaffen werden kann.

Deine Unterstützung (eine «virtuelle Tube Farbe» oder ein «virtueller Kaffee» – ich liebe beides) hilft mir dabei, mir die Zeit und den Raum zu nehmen, diese Prozesse weiterhin so offen mit dir zu teilen. I’m glad you’re here. In my blog and my art, I explore more than just images. It is about an honest encounter with oneself and, ultimately, with the creative process, the inner voices, and the courage to follow one's own path. My work also focuses on nervous system regulation and the inner balance that can be achieved through the act of painting.
