According to agingcare.com 30% of caregivers die before those they care. My specialization is in social psychology and I was a life skills and career coach in a clinical setting before the pandemic. I have seen firsthand the effects that providing long and short-term care has on our well-being and mental health for both the professional healthcare caregiver and the family caregiver. Caregivers help others thrive often at the expense of our own good health.
My goal is to provide engaging, fun, and thought-provoking content focusing on self-fulfillment, family engagement, community involvement, money management, and career growth.
The caregiver resources that I'm developing come in the form of a website, an online community for share-apy (sharing ideas in a therapeutic manner), YouTube, and Instagram
