Please message me before payment so I can confirm availability, concept, dimensions, scope, intended usage, and the most suitable commission option for your idea.
No payment is required until we've confirmed the details together.

Payment is sent through Buy Me a Coffee.
Your slot is reserved after payment confirmation.
Artwork is created and delivered within the listed timeframe.

✦ Commission Payment & Refunds ✦
Payments for commissions are accepted through Buy Me a Coffee only.
Creative preparation usually begins within 24–72 hours after payment confirmation and may include:
moodboarding
visual and thematic research
concept planning
visual exploration
Because commission time and creative preparation are reserved individually for each project, payments become non-refundable once creative preparation or concept development has begun.
Payments and transactions are processed securely through Buy Me a Coffee and remain subject to the platform’s own policies and payment systems.
✦ Delivery & Health ✦
I keep limited commission slots to protect my health and creative capacity, while working to keep each project within its listed delivery timeframe.
Most commissions are delivered within the stated timeframe. In rare circumstances, an unexpected health flare may require a little additional time. If this happens, I will provide an update and revised estimate as soon as reasonably possible.

✦ Creative Process ✦
My workflow combines machine-assisted synthography, artistic direction, editing, and Adobe Photoshop refinement.
During concept exploration, multiple visual directions may sometimes be created before a final version is selected. Unless otherwise agreed, only the final selected artwork is included in delivery.
Unused explorations may later be refined into standalone artworks or premade pieces unless they involve private client characters or sensitive personal narrative content.

I do not accept requests involving:
explicit sexual content
explicit gore
hateful material
illegal themes
Surprise Oracle commissions are intended for symbolic, atmosphere-focused interpretation. They allow more artistic freedom and are not intended for exact likeness recreation or highly specified compositions.
More detailed characters, multiple prominent subjects, heavily specified compositions, or projects requiring greater collaboration may be better suited to Heartline Creation or may require additional enhancements.
Additional editorial presentation requests or special commercial licensing beyond the standard offering may require discussion before booking.

✦ Usage Rights ✦
All artwork is licensed, not sold, and remains under my copyright ownership unless otherwise agreed in writing before purchase.
Personal Use
Premade Vibes, Surprise Oracle, and Heartline Creation are licensed for personal, non-commercial use by default.
Personal licenses are non-exclusive unless otherwise agreed.
Limited Commercial Use
A limited commercial license may be added to eligible commissions for an additional fee.
Includes commercial use for up to 50 physical printed copies of the commissioned artwork.
Non-exclusive.
Non-transferable.
Limited to the agreed commercial use.
Expanded commercial rights require separate agreement.
Commercial licensing must be confirmed before the artwork is created.
Exclusive Licensing
Exclusive licensing may be discussed separately.
Pricing and terms depend on the scope of exclusivity and intended use.
AI & Machine Learning Restriction
Artwork may not be used for AI training datasets, machine learning systems, model training, image generation databases, or similar automated training purposes without explicit written permission.

If you are working within a smaller budget, feel welcome to contact me before ordering.
Depending on the project, adjusted licensing, simplified scope, or alternative pricing may sometimes be possible.
Requests are considered individually and may not always be available.
✦ Portfolio & Privacy ✦
Unless privacy has been requested before payment, I may share completed artwork with a watermark in my portfolio, social spaces, or other promotional materials.
Work-in-progress previews may also occasionally be shared during the creative process.
A Private / No-Promotion Request is available as an optional paid enhancement. This prevents me from publicly displaying, posting, or showcasing the finished artwork in my own portfolio or promotional materials.
This applies only to my own portfolio and promotional use. It does not provide exclusive copyright or exclusive usage rights.

Premade Vibes are delivered through instant digital download after purchase via Buy Me a Coffee.
Commission artwork is delivered digitally through Buy Me a Coffee and/or email as appropriate.
Please download and store your files safely after delivery, as permanent file hosting or file recovery is not guaranteed.

Please:

For commissions, please respond within 7 days if clarification is needed.
If no response is received within 7 days during the commission process, I may continue using the information already provided to complete the artwork.
Buyers remain responsible for how artwork is used beyond the permissions listed above.
