Let's be grateful!

Let’s learn to be grateful for all the good things we have in our lives and let’s make peace with all the bad and the ugly, because without a little challenge we wouldn’t be able to evolve. Let’s try to connect with our deepest self and be grateful for all of the amazing things we often take for granted.

This are the things I am grateful for today:

  • There is so much violence, hatred and war in the world, and I am thankful for being born in a country where I can live a safe, peaceful and free life.

  • There are so many diseases and life-threatening illnesses, and I am thankful for being healthy and free of pain.

  • I am grateful for all the coffee I can drink whenever I want.

  • I am grateful for every good book I got the chance to read.

  • I am grateful for all the amazing teachers I had the chance to meet throughout my life.

  • I am grateful for having the opportunity to get an education.

  • I am grateful for having a place to call home.

  • I am grateful for having the luxury of being alive.

There are so many other things to be grateful for and all I wish for is to be able to live a life in which I can enjoy and be thankful for all the things I have.
