I am captivated by authenticity and wonder, all that makes life meaningful. At the age of 41 I am stepping more fully into my re-awakened passions. My dream as a child was to be an artist. However, life and voices led me away from my simple pleasure. Thank God that restoration is real.

For nearly a decade I've traveled globally with an international charity working across various fields and cultures. Though I am first and foremost a creature of devotion and creativity, I have also trained in wellness, movement, and somatic practices. As well as received training in foundational counseling. My heart is to see the world transformed through creativity and inner healing through awe.

"My business is to create", whether visual art, writing, or music. I love to explore the worlds rich diversity. Creation is a reflection of the textures of life. My hope is to illuminate presence, truth, and wonder in the human experience. As well as bridge the growing gap of polarity that can be a conduit of division in the world. My work is an offering of embracing the process of life, of integration. Bridging tradition and exploration, blending natural and spiritual through multi-media layers, manifesting creations that feel both ancient and new. Through creativity I invite the participant into a moment of stillnes and movement combined- a space where boundaries between worlds blur, stories brew, and creativity flows without end.

Having studied widely across arts and humanities- I have observed of the threads of connection that transcend the seen.

Though fresh to fiction, I have published short stories on Reedsy and am currently working on my frst dystopian fantasy novel and establishing myself in the creative and wellness worlds.
