Wow! Well, this is harder than I thought it would be. I have twice gone out to drum up support and speak to people about my poetry and my plan. And, so far I’ve had an eye exam (and it turns out I’m long sighted and can’t see two feet in front of me, so now have glasses) I’ve had numerous coffees, a haircut, walks, and driven around whilst making a Patreon video to describe the sheer panic that has set in from just trying to do this task.
You see people make it almost seemingly overnight, but you don’t see the years of work behind that, the sleepless nights, the 13hr days on the laptop researching how to physically do it. The self doubt and want to run away and do anything, apart from something you know, if it works, could change your life. It is crazily scary, and daunting, but, all it really is, is stepping out of my car, setting up the camera and asking people to get involved. Yet, I have twice now managed to find any reason not to. It is crazy how the mind can make you feel, how it can literally freeze you in a panic. Over something so simple. It is crazy.
Anyway, I hope that soon I will have met some of you and actually managed to get out of the car. Thank you for reading.
