Hi, I’m Jennifer DeAngelis — The ART Happy Artist™, a Gulf Coast marine artist whose work is anchored in faith.

After a life-changing health journey in 2020, I felt God’s call to create art that shares His message through the sea — stories of resilience, grace, and divine purpose. That calling became The Tidal Hue Project™️ — a mission to paint 1,000 species and tell their stories of faith and creation, one brushstroke at a time.

About the Project:

Born of salt, sand, and scripture, this project is an unfolding journey — one that invites you to listen to creation’s voice, carried by the sea and written by the hand of God.

Each piece is more than art — it’s a message adrift on the waters, like a note a bottle. Their stories of adventure, hardship, and triumph travel the currents, reaching us so we may listen, feel, and remember.

When I paint, I don’t just capture them — I become them. The whale shark moving powerfully through the deep. The seahorse clinging to seagrass in a storm. The bird nesting in fragile dunes.

Each painting begins with their story. Their adventures, struggles, and triumphs flow through me, so they may be known.

The creatures of our oceans and shores are not ornaments — they are essential threads of life. Yet too often, their voices go unheard. The Tidal Hue Project™️ carries them across the seas so they may be remembered, honored, and protected.

With each series, 15% of proceeds go to organizations safeguarding these very species — ensuring the stories we tell become stories of survival.
