Commission prices stated are in USD and for personal use only. This includes profile pictures, social media banner use, personal printing, etc. Please ensure you use the credited version of the work provided if you wish to post the art on social media platforms.
The following are strictly prohibited when commissioning me:
Using my work for AI training, NFTs, crypto, etc.
Claiming the artwork as your own and selling, reselling, reproducing & merchandising it for profit.
Editing the artwork in any way.
The unauthorized use of commissioned art for commercial purposes such as promotional material (both offline and on online paid platforms such as Patreon, YouTube, etc), business promotional material, merch production, websites, game development, etc. If you wish to use my commission for commercial purpose please state it clearly upon requesting the commission so may further discuss the pricing and relevant conditions.
Ensure you DM me on any of my socials to place and confirm your slot before proceeding to payment. This is necessary as I prefer to confirm the requirements for each commission with the relevant client before requesting payment.
Full payment will be upfront and can be booked via Buymeacoffee (accepts card payment, Cash App, Google Pay).
Please note that Paypal is currently not an option as, while it has recently been made available as a payout option in my coutry, only a limited set of banks have partnered with them to allow international payouts via the platform.
I reserve the right to politely decline a commission for any reason. This includes reasons such as the request containing hateful content, triggering themes, etc., subject matter that make me uncomfortable or disrespectful clientele. If clarifications are needed, please feel free to address it in DMs when you confirm your slot.
It is mandatory to provide your social media (Twitter, Tumblr or Discord) so I may give you updates regarding the commission and confirm various details with you throughout the creation process. Feel free to resolve any additional queries there too 🙏🏽
I will draw: Humans, OCs, fanart, ship art, suggestive/mild NSFW, small animals or background elements such as furniture (please note this only applies if they are not the main focus of the piece. A minor additional cost of at least $3 will be incurred and can be discussed in DM prior to confirming your commission slot)
I won't draw: Gore, mecha, real people, heavy NSFW, rendered backgrounds, controversial or harmful content, extremely complex detailing in weaponry & armour, furry.
Work process will start after the full payment has been made.
Please note that it will take 2-6 weeks to complete your commission (depending on the number of opened slots) as I am an undergrad student as well :3
If you wish to have your artwork completed by a specific date or deadline, please let me know preferably 2 weeks in advance so I may prioritize my work accordingly. I do not wish to rush anyone's requests, so please understand that this measure is taken to ensure all my clients receive only my best work! ♡
A refund cannot be made unless no updates have been provided within the first month since commissioning me or in the unfortunate event that I am unable to complete your commission.
The sketch and lineart will be provided to the client during the initial stages of drawing. Once approved I will proceed to render and finalizing the piece. (minor changes can be made during the rendering stage)
You may request a revision during the sketch and lineart processes respectively. Any major lineart revisions stated during the rendering stage (specifically after lineart approval) will be charged $5.
The final work will be provided to you via a Google Drive link.
