🌷If you missed our special gathering to celebrate the spring equinox, please see below! (I heard from many of you who could not make it and wanted a second go. . .I hope you will use this practice.)
I’ve included our journal prompts and a video of the meditation.
The spring equinox is a powerful moment of balance before a major shift as we move into lighter and longer days.
On the Wheel of the Year, it is called Ostara.
It is a time of renewal, planting seeds, and of transforming our quiet reflections into aligned action.
To honor and mark this season, I’ve included a meditation below.
I suggest taking a moment to clear some space, light a candle, or arrange a special altar. Have some paper and a pen nearby.
Here are some prompts I suggest. Start with one or two that resonate with you, and perhaps work with one each day:
• What has lain dormant this past winter that you are ready to bring forward?
• What have you allowed to rest that no longer needs your energy or another life?
• Which reflections are ready to be nurtured into something more?
• Where can you declutter?
• What needs more nurturing?
• What feels balanced in your life, and where would you like more balance?
• How can you help nurture or grow your community?
• What will spring cleaning look like for you this year?
