I was born and raised on the East Coast of Canada, in between the picturesque Bay of Fundy and the beautiful province of Quebec, which always fuelled my inspiration. Thanks to that I am fully bilingual and available to work in French and English. I am currently based out of Saint John, New Brunswick – a stone’s throw away from the beautiful Bay of Fundy and an abundance of trails and nature preserves / conservation parks that provide a wide variety of interesting subjects. I truly enjoy shooting macro subjects, which on some level ties in to my portrait work for clients. Balancing natural lighting with artificial light is very similar in both cases, and important for bringing each individual vision to life. Alternatively, wildlife and sports photography is fast-paced, forcing me to get creative with the light available, whether it’s a poorly-lit arena, a bird in flight on an overcast day, or a landscape after the sun has set below the horizon.

I have been capturing the world around me for over twenty years through the lens of my cameras, both professionally and as a hobby; I am also a licensed lineman and electrician. Photography has always been my creative outlet – a great way to communicate feelings and to clear my mind. I have been fortunate enough to shoot for international corporate events, sports teams, academic institutions, modelling and portrait commissions, as well as product photography.

I truly believe that great photography is captured, not created, which is one of the aspects that make a person a great photographer. As AI (Artificial Intelligence) floods the world around us, genuine images that tell sincere stories and capture unscripted moments/emotions definitely stand out from the rest. I love capturing the soul of my clients and freezing their raw emotions in time.
