I am a strategic HR Leader who looks to disrupt HR norms and specializes in Talent Management, Organization Development, Employee Engagement and HRIS optimization, including ChatGPT integration. I work hard to improve upon my skillset and experiences so I can better support employers in establishing innovative and inclusive workplaces.
On top of my work and academic pursuits, I provide one-on-one career coaching strategies to students and recent graduates, and passionately participate in mentorship programs.
Also, I just so happen to be the host of Melanated ADHD - a podcast dedicated to elevating the voices of Black and Brown Women Living with ADHD.
