Just want to say a big thank you to everyone who has been supporting and buying me coffees. It's so nice to know that my content is reaching so many people, and awareness is getting out there for narcissistic abuse.
Just remember:
it doesn't matter what gender you are, you can still be going through Abuse
you are not alone. There is someone out there who has gone through something very similar.
Your experience is unique to you, so don't downplay what has happened
You are allowed to feel angry, upset, sad and disappointed about how the relationship turned out
Similarly you are allowed to feel relieved that you are no longer going through the abuse
You being safe is ALWAYS a priority
It's hard to walk away, but it's sometimes even harder to not go back when you are stuck in a cycle. The cycle can look like:
Getting together - breaking up- Going back for a short time - breaking up again- going back - them breaking up with you... then going no contact. Then after a few days, weeks or even months them contacting you and starting the cycle all over again.

Just for anyone who is interested, over the past few months the donations have been used towards buying books for further education and the development towards the course I will be introducing shortly on Narcissistic Abuse and hopefully a membership site to go with it.
