Hello everyone!
For those who are interested, I have made my team onboarding PDF file available for free as an Extra. It contains workflow standards, and information on naming schemes, stem printing, orchestration prep, proof-reading, etc. - this is mostly for my film / TV work and less so for my video game work since the workflow and delivery specs are different.
Everyone who starts to work for me gets this information. It's of course specific to my studio but there's a lot of overlap with other studios I've worked at, since I initially learned my workflow from those studios in the first place.
