What I Learned in my Moments of Silence

What I Learned in my Moments of Silence

📍 Over the past months I have been quieter than usual.
Not because I had nothing to say.

But because I had something deeper to understand.
The more I listened—to myself, to communities, to leaders, to institutions—the more one truth became impossible to ignore:
We are living in an exhausted world.

Individuals are exhausted.
Families are exhausted.
Communities are exhausted.
Institutions are exhausted.

Yet most of our solutions focus on helping people endure more rather than restoring their capacity to thrive.

During this season of reflection, research and creation, I have been developing what is becoming one of the most important bodies of work of my life.
Over the coming weeks I will begin sharing some of the insights, questions and discoveries emerging from that journey.

I look forward to being back in conversation with you.
Because people and institutions need healing too!🤞 🙂
