I’ve been thinking a lot about how a country can get used to instability — until it starts feeling normal. France’s constant political reshuffling isn’t just about power; it’s about fatigue. When every new leader promises “change” but delivers chaos, people stop expecting anything at all.

Is this what political burnout looks like — not anger, but quiet surrender?

Just posted my thoughts on this strange new normal in France. Would love to know if other democracies are walking the same path.
