I am happy to share thatĀ Sidekeep v0.0.3Ā is officially live and rolling out to all 4,000+ users over the next few days. This update is entirely focused on resolving the two biggest issues reported by our community:
š Copy/Paste & Ctrl+C Restored:Ā A recent Chrome security change unexpectedly blocked clipboard access for embedded panels [1]. We have updated our permissions policy, and two-way copy-pasting is now fully restored inside the Google Keep frame.
š No More Random New Tabs:Ā A technical bug was causing our settings page to open in a new tab every time Chrome updated in the background. I want to sincerely apologize for thisāit was a coding mistake, not an attempt to spam you! It has been completely fixed and will now only open once upon your initial installation.
Sidekeep is, and always will be, completely free to use. However, if this update fixes a frustrating issue for you or saves you time during your day, any optional support is deeply appreciated.
