Te voy a explicar en estas conferencias 1 a 1 cómo fue que construí mi carrera como artista (y cómo me construí a mí misma). Mis inicios, mis tropiezos y qué necesitas hacer tú para no equivocarte como yo lo llegué a hacer. Te explicaré cómo creé la escuela de metal y te ayudaré a que tú construyas tu propio negocio musical para que puedas tener una carrera artística sostenible.

Monetizar tus pasiones no es una pregunta sino una decisión.

Trabajaremos los 3 pasos + el paso 0. Tengo que conocerte. Saber de ti. De tus miedos, de tus sueños. Necesitas contármelo todo para que yo pueda guiarte en esta aventura.

Tu pago incluye 18 horas de trabajo conmigo, individuales, personalizadas y en línea de las cuales se utilizarán 3 horas cada mes (Entiendo que en la vida cosas pasan. Si necesitamos re-agendar, está bien). Las horas de trabajo necesita estar espaciadas (por eso lo organicé como: 3 semanas de trabajo, una de descanso) pues necesitas tiempo para ir a la vida misma e implementar los conocimientos que vas obteniendo.

Necesito de tu paciencia pues los cambios no se dan de la noche a la mañana. Te estaría mintiendo si te dijera que tu negocio musical explotará en 3 días. No es así. Eso no pasa pues no sólo necesitas crear un negocio musical sino convertirte en la persona que puede crearlo y sostenerlo.

Te daré las bases además de la literatura de negocios que me ha ayudado a avanzar en este proceso hermoso de emprendimiento y arte. (Sí. Amo leer. Soy escritora desde hace 7 años y claro que tú y yo tendremos un "mini club de lectura privado". Si no te gusta leer te pediré que consideres mucho el reservar estas conferencias pues necesitamos de la lectura para poder transformarnos).

Estamos en una era donde uno como artista debe de ser completamente independiente. No. Tal vez ya no funciona el hecho de que una disquera te descubra y te venda tu producto mientras tú te dedicas a rockanrrollear por todo el mundo...y ya. O tal vez sí (pero definitivamente eso no es lo que me pasó). Pero ¿sabes qué es lo bueno? que, precisamente por eso, tú decides qué vender, cuándo y cómo. Sí, es cansado pues no sólo tienes que ser artista sino empresario y comunicador y...eso es exactamente lo que te voy a enseñar a hacer.

No. No nací en familia de dinero. No. No tengo contactos. No. No nací en familia de músicos. Todo lo que ves es el trabajo de años.

Estaremos trabajando de la mano por 6 meses 🙂 ¡Qué emoción! No puedo esperar por conocerte y presenciar tu transformación 🥳

REGLAS

1.- Una vez hecho el pago no hay reembolso.

2.- Se pide el total respeto por parte del aprendiz. Si considero que tu comportamiento es vulgar o fuera de lugar se cancelarán las clases sin derecho a reembolso.

3.- Para reagendar sesiones se tiene que hacer mínimo 24 horas antes. De no ser así la sesión se dará por vista y pasaremos a la hora de clase siguiente.

In these 1-on-1 sessions, I’ll explain how I built my career as an artist — and how I built myself along the way. I’ll share my beginnings, my setbacks, and what you need to do to avoid making the same mistakes I made. I’ll explain how I created my metal music school and help you build your own music business so you can have a sustainable career as an artist.

**Monetizing your passions isn’t a question. It’s a decision.**

**We’ll work through the 3 steps + Step 0.** I need to get to know you. To understand who you are, where you come from, and where you want to go. I need to know about your fears and your dreams. You need to tell me everything so I can guide you through this adventure.

Your payment includes **18 hours of personalized, one-on-one work with me, entirely online**, with 3 hours of work scheduled each month. (I understand that life happens. If we need to reschedule, that’s absolutely fine.)

Our working hours need to be spaced out — which is why I organized the program as **3 weeks of work followed by 1 week of rest**. You need time to go back into your everyday life and actually implement the knowledge and tools you’re gaining.

I need you to be patient, because change doesn’t happen overnight. I would be lying to you if I told you that your music business will explode in 3 days. That’s not how it works. You don’t just need to build a music business — you also need to become the person capable of creating and sustaining it.

I’ll give you the foundations, as well as the business literature that has helped me move forward through this beautiful process of entrepreneurship and art. (Yes, I love reading. I’ve been a writer for 7 years, and of course, you and I will have our own **“mini private book club.”** If you don’t enjoy reading, I’ll ask you to seriously consider whether these sessions are right for you, because reading is part of the transformation process.)

We’ll be working side by side for 6 months 🙂 I’m excited to meet you and witness your transformation 🥳

2.- The student is expected to show complete respect. If I deem your behavior vulgar or inappropriate, classes will be cancelled without a refund.

3.- Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in the session being marked as completed, and we will proceed to the next scheduled class.
