Hello there, my name is Paul and this is one of my little bits of interweb space. But what do I do? What's my story?
I write, take photos and talk with a focus mainly on Paris but I look at things from a down-to-earth perspective. And that's because I'm down-to-earth. I appreciate nice things although I much prefer everyday things. Whilst Paris is filled with opulence, there is also much available for regular people, with a regular upbringing and a slightly worse-than-regular bank balance.
My basic works can be found for free on An Englishman in Paris blog, on my Instagram posts and by listening to the Coffee Pot Conversations podcast.
How can you help me and show appreciation? One way is to buy me a coffee.
You can either make a one-time donation or sign up to be a monthly contributor. There aren't any real benefits to donating but does mean that I'll have your details so I can begin to build up a community and gather your input into where the podcast takes us. And may be even take photos of your requests.
And how do I benefit? With your gratefully received assistance, I'll be able to take trips to Paris more frequently, add some deeper research and actually treat the guests on Coffee Pot Conversations to a little something extra - like an actual coffee!
And all of this with no adverts.
However, by you simply being here, it means I'm heading in the right direction. If you know anyone that you think may enjoy or wish to contribute to what I do, please, don't be shy and pass my details on to them - spreading the word is just as useful as donations (as are comments and reviews on my platforms!) Huge appreciation,
Paul
