I wanted to pop in and share a little life update because I've been pretty quiet lately, and I never like disappearing without saying why.
Over the past year, our family has grown in more ways than one. Our youngest, who is now almost 18 months old, has recently been diagnosed with autism and has started early intervention services. That means our family now has three incredible autistic kiddos.
Life these days looks a lot different than it used to.
Between therapies, evaluations, appointments, advocating, supporting one of our children through severe school anxiety, leaning into child-led learning whenever we can, and trying to make sure each of my kids gets what they need to thrive, I've unintentionally become a full-time special needs case manager. It's beautiful, exhausting, meaningful work, and right now it's where my heart and energy need to be.
Because of that, creating new digital downloads has had to take a back seat for a while.
I'm not disappearing forever. I still have a notebook full of ideas, and I absolutely plan to come back to creating. It just might be at a slower pace than before.
In the meantime, I'd love your help.
What would actually make your life easier?

Some ideas I've been tossing around are:
* A Disney DAS planning guide with interview tips, scripts, and sensory-friendly park strategies.
* A low-demand summer activities bingo card for kids who struggle with transitions or burnout.
* Visual supports for decision-making ("I don't know what I want" helpers).
* Family regulation and calm-down resources.
* Executive functioning supports for kids who get stuck or overwhelmed.
But I'd rather make what you need than just guess.

Thank you for sticking around while life has been especially full. This community has always been built around making life a little easier for neurodivergent families, and that's still my heart. I may be quieter for a season, but I'm not gone.
