No freelancer likes losing a client. The hard truth is it does happen. Requirements change. AI is saving a broader range of people time, so when it lands, it hurts. It also keeps me in check.
It has happened before, and this time is exactly for the same reason. Budgets!
For that reason, I always keep enquiries for my PA work bubbling in the background. I am also working harder on my trading strategy. Small wins but it is a good way to plug holes.
