I write poems and essays about being human, being embodied and embracing it, something I didn't understand or know how to do when I was young. I'm passionate about introducing young people and people of all ages to the practice of recognizing, supporting & celebrating our common humanity.
Awakening to the sweet & strong tenderness that is our individual humanity, we come to see ourselves also in the fierce & forgiving nature of others, circles of belonging in a community of tenderness, loving-kindness, and care.
