About Amy | The Balanced Approach Podcast
Hi, my name is Amy and I'm an NASM qualified Personal Trainer and Weight Loss Specialist, helping women stop binge-eating and finally achieve long-lasting, sustainable fat loss WITHOUT tracking calories or macros.
As a woman who previously struggled with trying to stay consistent with my diet and exercise (and failing A LOT!), I'm on a mission to cut through the noise and only share the strategies that have helped me and my clients to achieve a healthier, more balanced approach to nutrition and exercise.
After losing over 24 pounds and sustaining that loss for over 9 years now, the episodes in this podcast will help support you to start living a healthier lifestyle WITHOUT feeling restricted.
Thank you again for supporting The Balanced Approach Podcast and for your kind contribution.
Your generosity enables me to keep making more episodes for this podcast and to reach more people who would benefit to hear them.
I hope you enjoy the episodes in this podcast and that you feel inspired to enjoy your own balanced approach to your lifestyle.
Amy
