3 in a row! Feeling content. My godmother, long time family friend, came to visit today. I’ve not seen her in years - probably not since Dad’s funeral. She bought a load of food with her so we didn’t need to go out for lunch - really thoughtful of her because she didn’t want to disturb Mum too much. It was great to catch up and reminisce. Also heard from the HR dept in my new job and they seem really kind and supportive whilst remaining professional and respecting confidentiality. I have this feeling that things are on the up for me and it feels so good. Yet there’s that part of me, the nagging doubt, that thinks I don’t deserve things to go right and things will all go wrong at the last minute. Must try and stay positive!!
