Savoring the Salt

Savoring the Salt

It is okay to discuss six issues, while others are not. Life is easier when you accept your problems and learn to enjoy them. The spice of life is these six issues. In amongst the sweetness, there's a hint of salt.

Enlightenment is achieved if you can learn to find delight in your troubles. No matter how ridiculous your life may seem, you must accept it and try to find some happiness in it. We will easily embrace both joy and sorrow if we can learn to love our troubles instead of just accepting them. Our lives are worthy of celebration, regardless of appearances. Most of us curse our troubles for the rest of our lives. However, life is the process by which one learns to accept his fate—with all of its problems—no matter how improbable they may be.

What if we began accepting our lives as they are right now and stopped hoping to arrive at an ideal place where all of our issues would be resolved? At first, doing so could feel thrilling, but it will soon become monotonous. Self-deprecating statements and thoughts include "the grass is always greener on the other side." Because we must cope with our circumstances, we always feel worse about them. Everyone has troubles in one way or another, so we're not the only ones. Some people can handle it alone, while others can receive assistance.

Accepting those issues and resolving them is the true strategy. Everyone has experienced suffering. It does not indicate failure. It is not evidence that we are being punished by supernatural forces. This way of thinking is constrictive. Even while life might be challenging at times, it can also be lovely. When we cease acting as though it should be simple, it becomes more lovely. We make matters worse when we criticize ourselves. We become conscious of our reality and potential as a result of this reflection.

When was the last time we were honest with ourselves about our lives?

Everybody has a story to tell, and it's worthwhile to hear. This is accurate not only for our history but also for the parts of the present that are currently being written. We become emotionally available when we embrace the entire "spectrum" of emotions, which enables others to sense the depth of our presence. Knowing that others are undoubtedly going through similar struggles as well allows us to evaluate the world. It is not appropriate to sing an elegy about life. This can lead to a great deal of internal conflict, bewilderment, and guilt. We may become estranged from our true selves and emotions as a result.

We should strive to live a life that is meaningful and appealing to us rather than one that is problem-free. Try to alter our viewpoint on the issues that have been thrown at us and, if at all possible, pick issues that seem worth the challenge. We will eventually find a solution to our issues and arrive at a place where we can enjoy life. Enjoying your issues means loving yourself during difficult times rather than punishing yourself, even though we all have a critical inner critic from time to time. The real test is when things get tough.

We become stronger individuals as a result of overcoming our challenges, and we discover how magnificent, resilient, and capable we are of handling them. Only in extreme darkness do the stars come out. Our lives are considerably brighter when we can find delight in even the most basic tasks. Shakespeare once observed, "We will find it easy because we know." What we are, but we are unaware of our potential. Where we are in life makes no difference. Regardless of whether we are having emotional, financial, or other issues in our lives. However, this does not imply that we shall remain in this stage of our lives forever. The difficulties we face in life are a reflection of where we are right now and do not portend what is ahead.
