Testimonials:
Siti Teeya - I attended Reflect & Reset: Welcoming Muharram and it has completely changed how I see Tafakkur, du'a, journalling and goal setting.
I used to feel lost and overwhelmed, but now I feel clearer, more inspired, and ready to take real steps forward.
I love the self-poem exercise and the journaling prompts really helped me connect with myself deeper.
The tips on converting goals into du'a is really mindblowing and I'll be using that from now on!
When Ameera shared personal stories on how using these techniques have impacted her positively, it made everything so relatable and comforting.
Thank you for creating such a safe, supportive space. It really meant a lot to me.
I’d highly recommend this to anyone who wants to find clarity and feel motivated again.

Aishah Ropnie - Reflect & Reset: A Night I Didn’t Know I Needed
Last Friday night’s Reflect & Reset with Ameera Aslam was something I didn’t even know I truly needed. It felt like a small, simple gathering at first but it turned out to be something powerful and deeply moving.
We learned how journaling can be more than just writing. The little things we often ignore? They’re actually the ones that bring us closer to Him.
One of my favourite parts was writing a self-poem. Ameera, who’s amazing at poetry, guided us and made us feel like our words mattered! It was my very first time and I love to do more now hehe.
Listening to her stories about journaling, tafakkur, and how she links du’a with what people now call “manifesting” really opened my eyes. She reminded us that du’a is so powerful and with Allah, nothing is impossible. Even “delulu” is real… if it means having hope and trust in Allah.
What touched me the most was hearing everyone’s stories. We’re all struggling. We’re all trying to be better. And that night, I didn’t feel alone anymore.
I’ve known Ameera as my writing coach, but now I see her as a truly inspiring sister. I remembered how I made du’a last Ramadhan asking Allah to help me start writing my book. A few months later, I found out about her one-on-one coaching. SubhanAllah, that’s an answered du’a.
May Allah bless her for all her efforts and sincerity in helping others. Like she beautifully said that night, “When we give to people, we’ll surely receive more from Allah.”

Elham Ahmad - I signed up for the Reflect & Reset : Welcoming Muharram 1447 and was excited to learn from Ameera. She was punctual and took care of the time. The session was imbued with her upbeat, jovial and gentle manner which encouraged us, especially those who were shy, to share, with each other our answers from the exercises in the journal. Personal stories and reflections were shared from across the participants, both hopeful and warm stories, with us being secure in the belief that the space she held for us all, was safe and kind. This ladies only online gathering was meaningful because of the respectful and warm host, Ameera. Thank you 😍!
