I started my content creation journey making resin art and building a business/website, but found myself with little time to create; as I became more involved with the protests in Wisconsin. While I’ve attended many protests in the past; a disabling work injury has afforded me the time to attend several meetings and protests weekly. I’ve been traveling to protests around Wisconsin and meeting grassroots movements, nonprofits, and individuals standing up against the current administration. I met many frustrated people who wanted to be heard by their elected officials. So, I started creating content and live-streaming the signs, chants, speeches and interviewing people to make their voices heard. I’ve also been attending empty chair town halls and documenting the struggles Wisconsinites face, due to both the local and federal government’s policies. I am grateful for the opportunity to build community, spread awareness of the issues, and work together to make a difference. However, traveling to the town halls and protests has been difficult financially. Your donation will be used for travel expenses to continue live-streaming protests and attending town halls to bring awareness to the struggles Wisconsinites are facing under this administration.
