Hello,

I’m Amanda and I’m on a mission to get mums to prioritise themselves and find time for their own needs.

As a busy stay at home mum to 4 kids under 7, 2 of them autistic I know how easy it is to put yourself last when your kids come along and they become the focus.

Let’s face it from a young age as women we are socially conditioned as to what a good mum looks like…all giving, all caring and the superwomen of the home and family life. We try to live up to these ideals and it’s impossible.

This expectation is completely unrealistic and leads mums to feeling overwhelmed and burned out and ultimately like we are massive failures. The weight of mum guilt is heavy and needs to be removed!

I also lost my own mum to bowel cancer in 2019 which really hit home for me how precious our time is. We so often put things off in life to when the kids get bit older or go to school, or leave home. But losing my mum made me realise that time isnt promised and we have to create and live the life we dream off now.

I tell mums how they can find more time, more energy and more love for themselves and that then ripples out to their family and their life.

Thank you for being part of my journey and mission!
