I show how nature can inspire us to grow. I'm also the founder of 2 not-for-profits: Ancient and Sacred Trees Community and Wild Spirit Woods CIC.

Ancient and Sacred Trees (AST) is a volunteer run 'communiTree'. We promote celebration, protection and planting of trees, nature and good mental health through 'PosiviTree for CommuniTree'. It's FREE to join. You can plant trees with AST in the Tropics or in the UK.

I set up AST in January 2014 and in late 2020 we started funding planting and protecting trees. It's a labour of love run on a volunteer basis. Trees are a symbol of life. They are vital to combat climate change and mass extinctions.

I founded 'Wild Spirit Woods CIC, (Community Interest Company number 16026008), set up to manage 5 acres of land for conservation and community and I am one of the two volunteer directors.

I also write a regular newsletter called Forest Heart full of Wild Wisdom on Substack which is also free. 

I have Encephalitis Myalgia (ME for short also known as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome CFS) and Fibromyalgia. I am also late diagnosed autistic/ADHD. I also use these experiences as well to help others. I believe we all have the right to connect with nature for the health and well being of people and planet. My passion is to inspire, educate and empower.
