Let's start with yesterday's video from Cabo San Lucas. Meet Richard who lives part-time in Oregon and part-time in Cabo. He sold his house in the San Francisco area and was able to purchase two houses - one in Oregon and one in Cabo for retirement. Sounds like a great plan to me!
Next up, why you haven't heard from me for two weeks. I got hacked and the hackers locked me out of Google and YouTube. The good news is that I don't believe there was any harm done. The bad news is that I was dead in the water for 2 weeks. I tried to send a message to you on Buy Me a Coffee, but I had it setup to require Google to login to Buy me a Coffee.
